BoardAlign ("the App") is developed and operated by Cherrycow SIA, a company registered in the Republic of Latvia ("we", "us"). Contact: aleksandrs@hey.com. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.
The App is a monday.com board view that compares the structure of monday boards (columns, status and dropdown labels, groups) against a source board, reports differences, and applies the changes you select. It changes board structure only — never item data — and only when a signed-in user explicitly applies a previewed change.
Every change the App makes is chosen, previewed, and confirmed by you, and is executed through monday's API as you, under your own monday permissions. You are responsible for the changes you apply, including on boards shared with others. The App deliberately contains no delete, archive, or type-change operations; differences it cannot or will not change are reported as steps for you to carry out by hand, at your discretion.
Paid plans, trials, and billing are handled entirely by the monday.com marketplace under monday's terms. We do not receive or store payment details. Plan limits are described on the App's listing page.
Use the App only with monday accounts and boards you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or misuse the App or the monday platform through it.
The App is provided as a monday.com marketplace app and depends on the monday platform and API. We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any part of it; material changes to paid functionality will be reflected on the listing.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data caused by changes you chose to apply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday account. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes belong to the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
