Go to Settings → Word Level and choose from Everyday, Interesting & Unusual, Advanced, or SAT/GRE. The change takes effect from tomorrow's word.

Yes. Open the app → tap the paywall or go to Settings → tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will restore automatically.
A new word appears every day at midnight in your local timezone. If you have notifications enabled, you'll receive a reminder at your chosen time.
Long-press on your home screen → tap the + button in the top corner → search for Daily Word → choose small, medium, or large → tap Add Widget. The widget updates automatically with each new word.
